So...the Child hounded me over a period of about a week. "Mom, Supernatural is so good. I ship Dean and Sam so hard. And I'm told there's an angel coming in Season 4 that makes a great pair with Dean. You will LOVE it."
I gave in one night and watched an episode with her. She was up to episode 8--Home. Awesome episode. I had to go back and watch from the beginning to catch up. And we've been watching about an episode a day or so, over dinner, sometimes a couple on the weekends. We're now about to start the last 4 in Season 2.
Why does Jensen Ackles have to be so pretty, with such a haunted and hurt character who is so protective of his pretty little brother? *sighs* Gets ya right in the feels.
It's a show I never wanted to watch--I have my reasons--but we watch it and just love it. :)
(She also got me into Torchwood and Sherlock. I haz a good kid, yeah?)
And feel better! And thank you for the dragon! I'm only just realizing those are there, and who they're from. I'm spotty on LJ anymore--but that was sweet!
