I love gnocchi, like I could eat them any time any day. Plain potato or sweet potato are my fav. They are small and, when prepared correctly, just melt in your mouth and with some yummy sauce and melting cheese on top = no way this can ever be wrong. Daaamn, now I want some *droolz*
